The Reality Business was founded in 2003 by Steve Farmer and Tim Fuller. The company was born out of a shared desire to design and deliver management & leadership training which worked.

Tim is a dedicated, well-rounded leader with a proven track record of implementing organisational, cultural and strategic change within complex environments. He influences and motivates others through open communication, passion and desire to achieve results. Tim is quick to translate business visioning into specific objectives and he is constantly looking for opportunities to develop and stretch himself and others.

Steve is a trainer, coach and facilitator able to demonstrate forward-thinking business understanding and to work effectively to drive an organisation towards its goals.
