360° feedback is a method and a tool that provides recipients with the opportunity to receive developmental feedback from their manager, a number of peers, reporting staff, colleagues and even customers. The individual also completes a self assessment.

Feedback is provided by way of an online or emailed questionnaire with responses and comments given against a range of tailored organisationsal competencies/behaviours/values. Feedback is given in the strictest confidence and scores and comments are never attributable to an individual.

Output will be a comprehensive printed or electronic report allowing each individual to understand how their effectiveness is viewed by others. When supported by an experienced coach the recipient will identify areas of known and unknown strengths and weaknesses and be able to commit to and take actions to develop further.
