Questions and reports can be customised to align with your organisation’s own competency frameworks – or use standard ones that align with National Management Standards.
Delegates can invite any number of respondents and these can be categorised as ‘self’, ‘manager’, ‘team’, ‘colleagues’ or ‘customer/supplier’. As well as scoring the various competency statements respondents are asked to provide freeform comments highlighting specific strengths and weaknesses.
As you complete this feedback process, you can be confident that your scores and comments will be anonymous and non-attributable.The generated report is comprehensive in explaining the background to 360, presentation of data and freeform comments plus a template for creating a personal development plan.
